AYAHUASCA (deep spiritual connection), also known as tea, vine and healing concoction, is an ancient medicine with mysterious and powerful properties. It acts as a plant, physician, guide and ancient being, offering remarkable emotional and cognitive reflection and release. It establishes a link with the forces of the universe (pacha). It is not a drug or hallucinogen; it is a living spirit of the Amazon, a sacred gift from heaven and pachamama. This plant has a long history as an essential element in spiritual ceremonies for millennia in the Inca culture, gently teaching, purifying and awakening all your cells and energy centers, revealing the ancestral memories they hold. It will lead you to a deep and pure connection with yourself, illuminating your body, energy and thoughts in these sacred ceremonies, allowing you to understand life within the power of the cosmos and the pachamama, strengthening your potentials and empowering you. Our ceremonies are led by native masters Hampicamayoq (healer) and Pacco, also known as shamans, and are held in our retreat house, a safe, trustworthy and authentic place.
Itinerary
1 Day of Ayahuasca in Cusco
Ceremonies start around 7-8 p.m. and can last until midnight or even until the wee hours of the morning if necessary. We provide a room and a bed in the later stages of your process. The effects of ayahuasca last between 3 and 5 hours, extending up to 8 hours in some cases, and can be felt until the early hours of the morning. We do our best to make you feel comfortable, safe and clear.
During the ayahuasca ceremony, we provide you with the utmost care throughout the healing process. You will experience rebirthing, unconditional love, and support your inner experience. Ayahuasca flows cleansing the body, purifying the blood from within and even curing diseases of unknown origin. It relieves stress, depression and negative emotional burdens. Ayahuasca ceremonies are performed with the humble and competent help of a spiritual guide who offers a calming presence. We honor the noble silence during your time with us to support your entire process.
The next morning, we enjoy a healthy breakfast and share our experiences with the teacher (pacco). There are many opportunities for conversation and questions in a loving and nurturing environment, and we encourage you to share, as this really helps you process your experience.
