The Ayahuasca ceremony for one day begins at night at our retreat house in Cusco, where the shamans will welcome you and guide you in preparing for the experience. After taking the ayahuasca, you will enter into a process of deep reflection and connection with your inner self.
The ceremony lasts for several hours, and at the end, you can rest in a peaceful environment. The next day, you will enjoy a light breakfast and have the opportunity to share your experiences with the shaman to close the process before returning to Cusco. A unique experience of healing and self-discovery.
Nighttime Ayahuasca Ceremony guided by Shamans
7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: The ayahuasca ceremony begins at our retreat house, a safe and warm environment where you will prepare for this transformative experience. The Hampicamayoq masters and Pacco (shamans) will welcome you and explain the ceremony process, making sure you feel comfortable and ready.
The ceremony starts with the ayahuasca intake, a sacred brew prepared with natural ingredients and following ancestral traditions. Over the next few hours, you will experience the effects of the ayahuasca, which can last between 3 to 5 hours (or up to 8 hours in some cases). This is a moment of deep introspection, where you may release emotions, heal past wounds, and connect with your inner self.
12:00 a.m. – Early Morning: After the most intense phase of the ceremony, you will be offered a quiet space to rest and process your experience. A private room and a comfortable bed will be available so you can relax as the effects of the ayahuasca continue to flow through your body and mind.
Next Day: Reflection and Closing of the Experience
Start your day with a light, natural breakfast prepared with fresh ingredients. This is the perfect time to share your experiences with the shaman and other participants in a trusting and respectful environment. The shaman will help you interpret your visions and emotions, offering spiritual guidance to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life.
After a group or individual session with the shaman, you will say goodbye to the retreat house and be transported back to Cusco in a private vehicle. You will carry with you a transformative experience full of spiritual teachings and a renewed connection with yourself and the universe.
